These terms govern the use of rockettagency.com and the subscription products of Rocket Technologies ("Rocket"), operated by Carlos Daniel Medellín Cavazos. By using the site or opening an account you accept them. The Spanish version governs. This translation is provided for convenience.

1. What they apply to

  • The site rockettagency.com and its forms.
  • Individual accounts of Phoenix Legal Access and Phoenix Legal Pro.
  • Rocket CRM has its own terms of service, published inside the platform.
  • Private deployments (Teams, Private Practice, Enterprise, Sovereign Local, Phoenix All Eyes and the Marketing & Consulting plans) are governed by the signed contract, statement of work and annexes. If there is a conflict, the signed contract prevails.

2. What Phoenix Legal is, and what it is not

Phoenix Legal is a legal research and organization tool. It retrieves official sources, builds timelines, proposes arguments and flags contradictions.

It is not a lawyer, it does not give legal advice and it does not promise any outcome. It does not replace professional judgment. Every output is a proposal that must be verified by a competent person before it is used. Responsibility for decisions, filings and strategy belongs to whoever signs them.

Always verify citations against the official source. The corpus is updated, but a reform may be published before we reflect it. When the system has no reliable history of a rule, it says so instead of assuming it.

3. Your account

You must be over 18. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens in your account. An individual account is for one person: it is not shared or resold. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  1. Upload to Access or Pro case files containing personal, privileged or confidential information about third parties. Those plans run on shared cloud. Private deployments exist for that work.
  2. Use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass, or to fabricate evidence or citations.
  3. Attempt to breach security, access other users' data, evade usage limits or automate queries at scale.
  4. Extract the corpus, the models or the interface to build a competing product.
  5. Present a system output as a ruling, legal opinion or determination by Rocket.

5. Plans, prices and payments

  • Access and Pro prices are shown with VAT included, in Mexican pesos. Enterprise plans are quoted plus VAT.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Rocket does not store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly, semester or annual) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to RocketMarketing@rockettagency.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then.
  • There are no refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it or where the service was substantially inaccessible because of us.
  • If we offer a trial period, its conditions will be stated before you enter a payment method.
  • We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. A change never affects a period already paid.
  • If you need an invoice, request it with your tax details within the month of payment.

6. Usage limits

Each plan includes a usage capacity managed through credits. Limits exist to keep the service stable and the price predictable, and may be recalibrated based on real usage. If an adjustment materially reduces what you receive within a period already paid, you may cancel and receive a proportional refund.

7. Your content and ours

What you upload is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. We do not use it to train models.

The platform is Rocket's: the software, the graphs, the methods, the Rocket, Phoenix, FORGE, Helion and AXON marks, and the design. The official legal texts in the corpus are public. You may use system outputs in your professional work under your own responsibility.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on subscription plans. We may modify, improve or retire features. If we retire an essential feature of your plan, you may cancel with a proportional refund.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Rocket is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, loss of a matter or decisions taken on the basis of a system output that was not verified. Rocket's total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users at risk or has overdue payments, notifying you by email unless urgency prevents it. On termination you may export your information for 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We will publish changes on this page with their date. If they are substantial we will notify you by email 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that date means acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, without prejudice to the remedies the law grants consumers before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.
