From growth firm to systems company.
Rocket Technologies is a founder-led firm from Monterrey that builds and operates private intelligence systems. One thesis — turn complex information into controlled decisions — materialised in three divisions with different buyers, risks and sales cycles.
Five commitments that bind every division.
Evidence is the commercial language
No percentage without a denominator. No result without period, source and permission to publish. No capability in the present tense before it runs.
People decide
Mission control resolves actions; evidence resolves beliefs. AI proposes, retrieves and flags. Decisions with legal or coercive effect stay human.
Private by design
One database per client, encryption at rest, roles, access logs. Institutional deployments can run inside the client’s perimeter.
Own the core
Rocket CRM, Phoenix, GraphOS and FORGE are Rocket IP. Third-party models and libraries are components, never the product.
Price the risk, separately
Discovery, pilot, implementation, licence, hardware and support are different lines. Pilots are paid. Hardware is never “included” without a closed bill of materials.
Publish where it fails
Build logs and briefs record what broke and what changed. A method that only runs on synthetic exercises never meets the conditions it was built for.
Products on top. Method, control and relationship model underneath.
Phoenix · Rocket CRM · 3D MultiScan
What clients buy. Each has a page, a state, limits, a buying mode and a next step.
FORGE
Frame → Obtain → Reconcile → Generate → Evaluate. Each gate has minimum evidence and a commercial outcome. Public, versioned, frozen thresholds.
Helion
Checks that every stage has inputs, permissions, criteria and evidence; records state changes; stops publication or deployment when something is missing.
Every report separates result, evidence, interpretation and action.
Marketing Growth Report, Legal Case Intelligence Report, Security Operations Intelligence Report and Pilot Validation Report share one discipline and one vocabulary of states.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Verified | Evidence reviewed and source resolved. Publishable. |
| Observed | Observed data without sufficient validation. Preliminary signal. |
| Proposed | Hypothesis, argument or association pending human review. |
| Approved | Decision authorized by the responsible person. Execution or publication. |
| Blocked | A datum, permission, resource or approval is missing. |
How the company got here.
2024
A $100/month Fiverr gig for a Miami realtor becomes creative direction for a global investor operation. Rocket Marketing & Consulting is born from friction, not from a business plan.
2025
Growth infrastructure for founder-led brands in Mexico and Miami. Content engines, funnels, automation. The positioning hardens: not an agency — commercial infrastructure.
2026 · Q2
Rocket CRM is built from scratch inside an interior design studio: multi-tenant, AI core, WhatsApp/Instagram channels, rule-based pre-qualification. 3D MultiScan becomes the wedge for architecture and design.
2026 · Q3
FORGE v0.2 is frozen as the research method. Phoenix Legal is built, verified (10/10 failure categories, 52/52 web tests) and deployed with an official law corpus. Phoenix All Eyes enters beta. Rocket becomes Rocket Technologies with three divisions.
Built inside the ecosystems that matter.
Hardware integrators, cloud and model providers, legal design partners, privacy and security specialists and institutional channels complete the delivery model. Names are published with permission only.

Founder-builder. Not a commentator.
Self-taught since 15. Builds the CRM, the legal platform and the security layer himself, with specialists per project, and publishes the process. Creative director for a Miami real estate operation; founder of a systems firm in Monterrey.
